The meat is spooned over hot rice.
A little sweet, a little salty, braised pork rice is comfort food perfected.

Ingredients
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
8 clove garlic, chopped
8 clove red onions
streaky pork 300g
1 teaspoon crystal sugar
3 teaspoon3 soya sauce
1/2 cup water
Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon five spices powder
食材:
蔬菜油2匙蒜頭碎
紅蔥頭碎
五花肉300g
冰糖一大匙
醬油3大匙
水半杯
花生醬一匙
五香粉1匙
Directions
1.Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok frying pan over medium heat.
Add chopped garlic and chopped red onions for 5 to 7 minutes.
2.Saute the chopped garlic and chopped red onions. Stir crystal sugar, soya sauce, Peanut Butter,water and five spices powder.
3.Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture very well.

4.中火起油鍋,炒香紅蔥頭及蒜頭
5.炒至金黃,此時香味己出現了
6.加入絞肉
7.加入冰糖,炒至焦糖化
8.加入醬油.,花生醬,水
9.可依個人喜好加入蔥及辣椒,再煮15分
10香噴噴裝盤囉
